Evolution Launches MONOPOLY Roulette, a New Live Game Combining Roulette and Board-Game Bonuses

Evolution has expanded its collection of MONOPOLY-themed live casino titles with the official launch of MONOPOLY Roulette on 3 June 2026. The new game combines a traditional single-zero roulette wheel with two interactive bonus rounds inspired by Hasbro’s famous property-trading board game.
Following the success of MONOPOLY Live and MONOPOLY Big Baller, Evolution is once again taking players into a virtual world populated by Mr. Monopoly, familiar board spaces, dice rolls and cash multipliers. This time, however, the starting point is classic European roulette.

A new chapter for Evolution and MONOPOLY
MONOPOLY Roulette was first announced as part of the multi-year agreement that made Evolution the exclusive licensing partner for online casino games based on MONOPOLY and other Hasbro properties. The worldwide partnership covers live games and online slots developed by Evolution and its associated brands.
Evolution officially unveiled the finished game on 3 June 2026, describing it as a new interpretation of roulette built around two distinct bonus experiences. It is presented by a live host and played with an automatic European-style wheel containing the numbers 1 to 36 and a single zero.
The objective remains familiar: players place bets before attempting to predict the number on which the ball will land. Inside bets, outside bets and other standard roulette options are available, but Straight Up bets play an especially important role because they provide access to the MONOPOLY-themed bonuses.
How MONOPOLY Roulette works
At the beginning of each round, players place their wagers on the roulette grid. When betting time ends, the automatic wheel launches the ball while the live host activates a virtual slot machine.
This slot machine determines how many MONOPOLY Bonus symbols will be used during the round. Between three and seven symbols are distributed across individual numbers on the roulette grid. Each symbol displays between five and nine dice rolls, indicating how many rolls will be available if that number wins and activates the main bonus.
Some of these MONOPOLY numbers can also receive an additional multiplier of between 2x and 5x. Meanwhile, Mr. Monopoly may assign up to five Community Chest symbols to other numbers on the table.
To enter one of the bonuses, the player must normally have a winning Straight Up bet on a number carrying the corresponding symbol. Evolution has also introduced two optional side-bet features called Bonus Chaser and Chest Chaser, which automatically cover all numbers marked with the chosen type of bonus symbol.
Mr. Monopoly returns for an extended board adventure
The main MONOPOLY Bonus transports the action from the roulette studio to a three-dimensional version of the famous board. Mr. Monopoly then moves around it using two real dice.
Depending on the symbol generated before the roulette spin, the bonus begins with between five and nine dice rolls. Rolling a double awards an additional roll, except when that double is needed to release Mr. Monopoly from Jail.
Properties, railways, utilities and Free Parking spaces receive random cash multipliers before the journey starts. Certain properties may also feature houses or hotels, increasing their potential value. Mr. Monopoly collects prizes as he moves around the board, while Chance and Community Chest spaces can produce additional rewards or fees.
The traditional Income Tax and Super Tax spaces can reduce accumulated bonus winnings by 10% and 20%, respectively. Landing on Go to Jail sends Mr. Monopoly directly to Jail, although prizes already collected are not lost.
Passing GO is particularly valuable because it doubles all prizes currently displayed on the board. Combined with the additional multiplier attached to certain winning bonus numbers, the maximum potential multiplier can reach 5,000x.
A faster Community Chest Bonus
The second feature offers a shorter and more immediate bonus experience. When a winning number carries a Community Chest symbol, three cards appear on the screen.
Each card hides a multiplier ranging from 20x to 300x. The values are initially revealed for a short time before the cards are shuffled and turned over. The player must then select one card to reveal the final multiplier.
If no selection is made before the timer expires, the game automatically chooses a card. This feature is considerably quicker than the board-based MONOPOLY Bonus, giving MONOPOLY Roulette two bonus rounds with noticeably different styles.
Roulette with a game-show atmosphere
Although MONOPOLY Roulette retains the wheel and betting grid associated with conventional roulette, its presentation is closer to Evolution’s modern live game-show titles. The studio combines a live host, an automatic wheel, colourful MONOPOLY graphics and virtual bonus environments.
The format draws inspiration from Evolution’s Red Door Roulette, another hybrid title in which randomly selected roulette numbers can open the door to a separate bonus game. MONOPOLY Roulette develops that concept further by introducing two possible features and tying both of them directly to Hasbro’s board-game universe.
There is one important difference from a standard roulette table. According to Evolution’s published game information, a winning Straight Up bet pays 19:1 before any applicable bonus, rather than the conventional 35:1 found in European roulette. Players should therefore understand how the modified payout structure and bonus eligibility work before wagering. The available rules, limits and features may also vary between casinos and jurisdictions.
What Evolution says about the launch
Evolution Chief Product Officer Todd Haushalter said the objective was to give one of the casino industry’s most recognisable games “an entirely new entertainment dimension” through the MONOPOLY brand.
He also highlighted the contrast between the two bonuses. The MONOPOLY board provides a longer animated journey, while Community Chest offers a much faster card reveal. Evolution believes this combination creates a varied rhythm in which a familiar roulette spin can lead to two very different bonus experiences. Evolution’s official launch announcement confirms the mechanics and maximum multipliers.
How does it compare with MONOPOLY Live?
MONOPOLY Roulette does not replace MONOPOLY Live. The two games use the same brand but are based on different casino formats.
MONOPOLY Live revolves around a large 54-segment money wheel and includes 2 Rolls and 4 Rolls bonus segments.
MONOPOLY Roulette begins with a European roulette spin and only activates its bonus features when the winning Straight Up number carries the appropriate symbol.
The new release could therefore interest traditional roulette players who want additional features without abandoning the familiar numbered wheel. MONOPOLY Live remains the more recognisable choice for players who prefer a dedicated game-show format centred on a large prize wheel.
Available on computers and mobile devices
MONOPOLY Roulette is designed for modern desktop computers, smartphones and tablets. Its interface adapts to iPhone, iPad and Android screens, allowing players to place regular roulette wagers, follow the live presentation and interact with the Community Chest cards on mobile devices.
Availability depends on the player’s country and the Evolution catalogue offered by each licensed online casino. As always, users should check their local laws, play only with properly licensed operators and treat the game as entertainment rather than a way to make money.
A significant launch for MONOPOLY fans
MONOPOLY Roulette represents one of Evolution’s most notable live-game releases of 2026. It preserves enough of traditional roulette to remain immediately recognisable while adding the characters, board spaces and dice-driven action associated with MONOPOLY.
With two bonus rounds, up to seven MONOPOLY Bonus Numbers, Community Chest selections and multipliers potentially reaching 5,000x, the game offers a more feature-rich alternative to conventional live roulette. It also strengthens Evolution’s growing MONOPOLY range, establishing a clear link between the prize-wheel action of MONOPOLY Live, the bingo-inspired format of MONOPOLY Big Baller and this new roulette-based experience.
